Do weapon bonuses trigger when a skill converts a result into a hit or shot?

No. Effects that say "this weapon" apply only to results from the weapon die itself, and that includes any face of that die used as an action, not only its printed symbol. Results converted by a skill from other dice do not trigger it, and a weapon push must come from the weapon's own special result.
