When is the Rogue's stealth token spent, and when does she get it back?

It stays in the available box until a skill tells you to spend it, and passive skills that rely on it do not use it up. After you spend it you can recover it by spending energy while in an empty zone. The Rogue always starts each Combat Scene in Stealth, even if you used the token in the previous combat.
