How long does the Shaman's Spinning Dance last, and are the Level II dance skills recurring or passive?

Spinning Dance lasts the whole round; if used before enemy reactions it covers both the reactions and the enemy turns. Drum Dance changes one die result, or two matching ones, into other results. On Dance II the top part is recurring and the part below the wavy line is passive, while Drum Dance II is recurring in both parts.
