Do I need a die or focus to pick up an objective token, and can enemies be present?
The rulebook's Combat Map Tokens section covers this, with forum posts agreeing.
No die is needed unless the scenario says so. You must be in its zone and it must not be guarded; other enemies in the zone do not stop you. Chests are different and need a focus.
