How does the Forest Guard's Evasive Action work against an attack or a Blocker?

Evasive Action moves the Forest Guard out of the zone immediately and ignores the enemy's abilities, so it works even if a Blocker just entered. The enemy then ignores her until its next activation, and other heroes in the zone are not attacked in her place.
