When I play an extra combat round, which heroes draw a Corruption card?
The publisher answered this directly on BoardGameGeek, and it matches the rulebook.

Normally each hero who is not KO'd and takes part draws one Corruption card and applies it, and the party cannot choose the extra round if any hero already has 4 or more. In scenes where only one hero takes part (the Letter Pickpocket fight, the thief side quest), only that active hero draws the card.
