Can I chain several hit and move actions in an Enchantress skill with up to three hit-then-move pairs, and must I complete them all?

Each hit and move pair is a separate chain; you may do up to three, each pair can target a different enemy, and you do not have to finish them all or do them back to back. You can push a hit enemy into the zone you will move into, then hit it again.
