Summon Track
The Azathoth Summon Track is printed around the centre of the card. Its spaces are numbered 1 through 9, arranged clockwise. Between the 9 and the 1 is an Elder Sign symbol, a five-pointed seal printed inside a circle. The scan does not state what this symbol means, and the function of its space is not transcribed here.
- Spaces 1 to 9 are printed in circles around Azathoth's mouth.
- The space between 9 and 1 holds an Elder Sign symbol instead of a number.

Dark Gift: Hasten Doom

Whenever Azathoth gains at least 1 [spiral token icon] during a turn, advance Azathoth's Summon Track by 1 at the conclusion of that turn.
Scan Notes
- The scan shows the Summon Track panel and the Dark Gift panel of the Azathoth card. The upper edge carries three Roman-numeral headings, "I", "II" and "III", which are printed on the sleeve or board edge. Their meaning is not legible on the scan and they are not transcribed.
