Setup
The magic spells and the sea monsters are mixed in with the other tiles before the game begins.
The expansion is for 2 to 6 players and can only be played with Elfenland.
Sea Monster
The sea monster is an obstacle. It is placed on top of a river or ferry connection.
- To travel along the river in the direction of the arrow, two raft tickets are required.
- To travel against the arrow, three raft tickets are required.
- The ferry also requires three raft tickets.
Magic Spells
Both magic spells can only be used on a street that already has a mode of transportation on it. After use, the magic spell is mixed back into the tiles.
- Double Transportation: If you get this magic spell, you may immediately place another mode of transportation on the street. Two modes of transportation can then be used on that street.
- Switch: If you get this magic spell, you may immediately switch the mode of transportation of one street with that of another street. The modes must be allowed on their respective streets.
