For the Hubris of Man Mystery, is the solve immediate after the encounter or at the end of the Mythos Phase?

As written, it is solved immediately. Once an investigator passes and resolves the solve effect, the Mystery counts as solved at that moment, mid-round, even though the timing is unusual.
