On a Mystery such as Dread Countenance, does 'you' mean one investigator must pay the whole cost, or can the group share it?

One investigator, acting alone. Repliers read "you" as the investigator resolving the card, so anyone can use the artifact effect, but the Mystery cannot be solved by pooling the group's resources. This is a reading of unclear wording, not an official ruling.
