Can a Delayed investigator be chosen to become Delayed by a Mythos effect?
No. An investigator who is already Delayed cannot gain Delayed again, so choosing that option for them is invalid. If the effect makes you choose an investigator, pick someone who isn't already Delayed if possible. If the effect is an 'unless' option, the other part of the effect applies instead.
