If the Ancient One awakens during the Mythos phase, do I finish the Mythos card first?
Several players agree; the rulebook says what happens on awakening but not this timing.

No. The awakening interrupts the Mythos card: flip the Ancient One sheet, resolve the awakening, then finish the card. A Mystery set to be solved at the end of the phase is then solved afterwards, and you still need the Final Mystery to win.
