How do the Special Reputation tiles work?
Keep Special Reputation tiles you draw face up next to your player board. Priority Action and Double Action can be used together: one gives an action ahead of the first player and the other adds one right after it. The publisher confirmed that the first player would then take three actions in a row. The +2 from Bonus Targeting is added after the roll, as in the page 17 example.
