How do Anomalies move and who is the defender in combat?

The defender against an Anomaly is decided by order of entry, not automatically the Anomaly: if it jumps into a hex where you already have an Influence Disc, you are the defender. A mobile Anomaly in a Nebula always jumps out of the Nebula hex to another hex. A discovery gained by destroying an Anomaly is placed in the sector or sub-sector where it was destroyed. The player who awakens an Anomaly chooses whether it is mobile or immobile, and it stays that way.
