To a neighbouring hex that holds your own Influence Disc and no enemy ships, reached by the normal wormhole rules, or via one side only with the Wormhole Generator. You cannot retreat into a hex with an enemy disc, an ally's hex, or a hex where you won earlier this phase unless your disc was already there. If no hex qualifies, you cannot retreat.
