Can I take Reactions after passing, and how many?
The rulebook defines Reactions and the publisher confirmed repeated ones.
Yes — after passing, each time your turn comes round you may either pass again or take one Reaction (Upgrade with one part, Build one, or Move one ship once), paying a disc. You cannot pass and react in the same turn, you need a disc left, and the phase ends the moment every card is dark side up.
