What are the Enlightened of Lyra's starting resources, and does a Supernova remove their Shrines?

Lyra start with 2 Money, 4 Science and 3 Materials; the 3 Science printed in the manual is wrong. Shrines are not Structures, so a Supernova does not remove them. Players also report that you can build one Shrine per turn.
