Which of my ships do Ancient ships shoot first in Rise of the Ancients?

Ancient ships go for your biggest ship first, where size is the number of ship-part slots on the blueprint: Dreadnought, Cruiser, Starbase, Interceptor, then the Exiles' Orbital. They don't spread damage onto whatever would die soonest.
