Can a pinned ship be the starting point for an Explore?
The rulebook says a ship must not be pinned; official answers cover the disc and spare-ship cases.
No — a ship pinned in the hex cannot explore from it, but a spare unpinned ship can, and so can an Influence Disc. You never need to move a ship into the new sector.
