When do I get the Discovery tile in a hex where I destroyed the Ancients?

Only when you place an Influence Disc there, and only once no enemy ships remain. Destroying the Ancients alone doesn't award it. If you already control the hex (Descendants of Draco, for example), you must pull the disc and place it again with an Influence action to claim the tile.
