Which cards fatigue me when I perform a test?

Each ready, non-Friendly card between you and the farthest card you are interacting with fatigues you by its presence, checked when the test starts. A card within reach has nothing between you and it; a card along the way has your within-reach cards between; a card in the surroundings (location, weather, missions) has your within-reach and along-the-way cards between. The target itself never fatigues you, and you pay again on every later test.
