Are rewards unlocked for the whole group or just the Ranger who earned them?
The rulebook's campaign tracker rules say unlocked reward copies are set aside for the group to use.

For the whole group. A reward is recorded on the campaign tracker and its copies are set aside in the collection, so any Ranger who meets the aspect requirement may swap them in when the group camps. Rewards you swap out are not lost; they go back to the collection.
