What do I need before I can travel to a new location?
Enough progress on the location to meet its progress threshold (a threshold of 0 is met with no progress at all), and no ready cards with the Obstacle keyword in play. Travel is a group decision made once every Ranger has rested, and you can only move to a location connected to your current one by a single path. The progress stays on the location if you choose not to travel, so you can go later.
