What happens during the Refresh phase?

Each Ranger in order: suffers one fatigue per injury, draws a Ranger card (if you cannot, the day ends), refills energy to each aspect value, discarding any excess, and then all cards in all areas ready. It happens only after every Ranger has rested and any travel has been resolved.
