What can you do on your turn?
The rulebook's Phase 2 lists the three options.

One thing: perform a test, play a card, or rest. Triggering exhaust abilities and responses does not count as your action. You keep taking turns each round until every Ranger has rested, and there is no limit on how many turns a Ranger takes.
