Can you mulligan your starting hand, and can you mulligan away an Injury?

You may set aside any number of cards from your starting six and draw replacements, then shuffle the set-aside cards back into your deck. Whether an Injury in the opening hand can be mulliganed away is not settled by the rulebook; two players read the Living Valley glossary as saying Injuries take effect immediately and cannot be set aside, but that is an interpretation, not a ruling.
