How does Sky Castle work with Dwellings?
A Dwelling moved onto Sky Castle counts as adjacent to Ruins only for working out bonus battle dice, not for other purposes, so it still counts for City on the Hill. The vacated Realm is open at once for anyone to dwell in, even on the same turn. Moving the Dwelling gives no elemental track bump.
