Do the Atlanteans gain Glory on their first Regroup if one of the three Workers becomes a Dwelling?

Question

Accepted Answer

Yes. The condition is checked when the Regroup begins, after the scoring marker goes onto the Glory Track, so it is met before any Regroup action such as building a Dwelling. Afterwards, Workers turned into Dwellings no longer count as Units.
