Card Layout

The Disciple card shows:

  • Name: "Der Jünger" (The Disciple), printed on both colour versions of the character tile.
  • Colours: an orange version and a blue version. The two are printed as a pair.
  • Movement: a value of 4.
  • Combat: a value of 1.
  • Tokens: a round token in each colour, showing the same name and stat values.
  • Ability: the ability text is printed on the back of the card, under the heading "Kerker", transcribed below.

Oubliette

The card's heading is "Kerker" (dungeon). The ability reads:

For 1 AP, the Disciple can flip face down the room he is standing on. All tokens in this room, including the Disciple, are placed face down on the room. All markers are removed from this room (including open or broken portcullis markers). Golem markers and similar markers return to their owners. Wounded characters remain wounded. The "forgotten" room cannot be turned face up again in the turn in which it was turned face down. All rules concerning turning a room face up apply to this room again.

Notes on the Ability

  • "Oubliette" is the name of the Disciple's ability. The card's printed heading in German is "Kerker".
  • The ability costs 1 action point (AP).
  • The room the Disciple is standing on is turned face down. Every tile in that room is placed face down on the room, and the Disciple is placed face down with them.
  • Markers in that room are removed, including open or broken portcullis markers. Golem markers and similar markers go back to their owners.
  • Wounded characters stay wounded.
  • The turned-over room cannot be turned face up again in the same turn. From the next turn on, the normal rules for turning a room face up apply to it again.
