Civilized

Power card, Gen Con 2018 promo. Used with the base Downforce rules for power cards.

Civilized: On your turn, you may choose a car on your speed card owned by another player. If you do, they move that car before you move the rest of the cars on your card.

Notes

• The card is the only component with printed rules text. It does not print a rules sheet, so the base Downforce rules govern everything the card does not state, including how speed cards are played and how the cars on a speed card are moved.
• The card's text is transcribed as printed. The card does not say how many times it may be used; it is used on your turn when you choose to use it.
