Setup

Nemesis Cards: Add the Peacemaker and Vigilante to the available Nemesis cards before forming the Nemesis stack. These cards may be mixed into a stack of only Super-Villains, as the methods of their "heroics" have been occasionally... questionable.

Note: Card abilities that affect Super-Villain Nemesis cards also affect Super Hero Nemesis cards.

If you are playing with a base set that does not have Nemesis cards with Levels, ignore those numbers and mix them in normally.

Reverse Side

The reverse side is partly obscured; see the source note above.
