Note on the transcription
- The Commission Pack reprints four of the K-Pack's cards under new titles. Its own description states that the effects are the same but the titles have been changed. This rulebook gives the K-Pack titles, with the Commission Pack title noted in each entry where it was read from that pack.
- Icons are described by appearance in square brackets (for example "[red star icon]", "[soldier icon]", "[wrench icon]"). These names are descriptions from the photographs, not the game's own names for the symbols. Their meaning is the one given in the D-Day Dice base rules.
- The Candy Bars icon is very small in the Commission Pack photograph. The boxed icon and the count in the equation at the bottom of that card are described below as far as the photograph allows. They are not counted with certainty.
- Values shown on a card (for example "Value: 7") are the number printed in the top corner of the card.

Pledge Ribbon
All Units can ignore their Final Tally and change all their dice to these results:

Victory Ribbon
Each Unit may recruit 1 unavailable Regular Specialist for free.

Campaign Ribbon
Each Unit adds 1 result of its choice in any color to its Final Tally.
Note: this text is read from the Commission Pack card "General Service Medal", which carries the same effect. The K-Pack card photograph does not show this card.
Regular Items
K-Gun
Printed values: +2 [star]; OR, All Units: +1 [star].
Value: 7.
Note: the K-Gun text and its value are read from the K-Pack card photograph. The Commission Pack reprints this card as "Leather Jerkin", with the same effect.
K-Rations
All [boxed three-soldier icon] results in your Final Tally give you 4 [soldier icon] instead of 2 [soldier icon].
Printed equation: [boxed three-soldier icon] = [group of soldier icons].
Value: 12.

The Commission Pack photograph is small, so the boxed icon and the group in the equation are described as printed but are not counted with certainty.
