Note on the transcription

  • Each card's text is given verbatim as printed, under the card's name. The cards are grouped here as the four medal-style cards first, then the four item cards; the photograph does not order them.
  • Icons are described by appearance in square brackets (for example "[star]", "[soldier silhouette]", "[wrench icon]"). These names are descriptions from the photograph, not the game's own names for the symbols. Their meaning is the one given in the D-Day Dice base rules.
  • Where the photographs disagree or a symbol is ambiguous, it is marked in the card's entry. The Good Conduct Medal wording differs between the two photographs, and the card photo was used. The Voluntary Service Medal prints "choses" (not "chooses"); it is transcribed as printed. The Sweetheart Pin symbol is a symbol, not a digit (see that card).
  • The cover card's "Valley Games, Inc." credit is not transcribed.

Voluntary Service Medal

Each Unit choses 1 of the following: +4 [star], +4 [bars-over-dot icon], OR +15 [wrench icon].

Good Conduct Medal

Each Unit may change the result (but not the color) of up to 2 dice in their Final Tally.

Variant wording: a second photograph of the same card shows the text as "All Units may change up to 2 results in their Final Tally (but not the colors)." The card photograph is the clearer of the two, and the text above follows it.

Order of the Bath

Draw 3 Awards at random, choose 1 to keep, and discard the others. Then, all Units gain 1 [star].

Sports Badge

When you play this card, roll 1d6:

  • 1-3: Lose 1 Specialist
  • 4-6: Gain 10 [tall figure icon]

Sweetheart Pin

Change the result (but not the color) of 1 die in your Final Tally to [bars-over-dot icon, shown in a box].

Note: the icon after "to" is a symbol, not the digit 3. It is the same symbol that appears above the "+2" on the Cigarettes card. An earlier reading of this card gave the digit 3; the photograph does not show that.

Value: 7.

Personnel Carrier

Gain 1 Soldier for every RWB you obtain.

Printed footer: +1 [soldier silhouette] / [red square] [white square] [blue square].

Value: 15.

Cigarettes

Printed values: +2 [bars-over-dot icon]; -1 [soldier silhouette].

Value: 3.

Field Telephone

Printed value: +7 [soldier silhouette].

Value: 15.
