Card text not transcribed. The ability text of this card is covered by the Armor of the Eclipse card in the only available photograph. Only fragments are legible, and they are not enough to reproduce the card faithfully. The card's full ability text is therefore missing from this file. Its visible fragments include a bold faction label ending in "ly:" and the words "Reservoir" and "increasing it by", which are not enough to rebuild the wording.
