Yes for boards 2 to 4: in games using new growth tiles you may play each on its A or B side, in any mix. Board 1 is fixed by player count (1A for 2-3 players, 1B for 4). Lay the boards in numeric order (1, 2, 3, 4). City names are the same on both sides; only rewards and distances differ.
