Do I keep revealed Secrets face up or hidden?

Face up. You pick the token without looking, then reveal it and keep it in front of you. Boosts and similar tokens can be held until you use them, but tokens that say to resolve immediately (such as Flash of Brilliance or Sonic Grenade) are used when taken; a Skill-type token must be used on the turn you take it.
