How does the face-up Psychic Pool card work?

Turning it face up does not deal it to the Adventure Row, so no Arrive or Boss Attack happens. You may acquire it for its Skill cost or defeat it for its Sword cost; if it is still there at turn end, it is placed first at the next refill.
