New Citizen Cards

Each Citizen card has a name, one guild icon in the top-right corner, a text box whose band colour matches its action type (see the base rulebook's Action / Ability Types table), and a lower row of level indicators for levels 1, 2 and 3. The level indicators are shown as printed below.

Advocate

  • Guild icon: blue lyre
  • Band: white (action, no icon)
  • Card text: Select another [citizen stack icon] in your city, perform their level [flower icon] action twice. Only the Advocate may be followed. Discard all your Advocates during Clean Up.
  • Lower row as printed:
    • Level 1 (one flower): [one flower icon]
    • Level 2 (two flowers): [one flower icon] or [two flower icons]
    • Level 3 (three flowers): [one flower icon], [two flower icons], or [three flower icons]

Pillager

  • Guild icon: red sword
  • Band: orange, with a flame icon (Attack Action, per the base rulebook's icon table)
  • Card text: Lose 1 [star icon] for each [red sword icon] in your city. Take 1 [citizen stack icon] of [flower icon] from any city.
  • Lower row as printed:
    • Level 1 (one flower): 1-2 [citizen stack icon]
    • Level 2 (two flowers): 1-3 [citizen stack icon]

Warden

  • Band: grey, with two circular-arrow icons (Ongoing Ability, per the base rulebook's icon table)
  • Card text:
    • [circular arrows icon] Opponents may not follow your [flower icon] actions.
    • [circular arrows icon] After following, gain [flower icon] and discard this card.
  • Lower row as printed:

Scyntilla Cards (Solo)

These three cards are numbered 37 to 39 on their tabs, after the base game's Scyntilla cards. Each tab shows the name of the Citizen it belongs to: Advocate (37), Pillager (38) and Warden (39).

Advanced Advocacy (37)

  • Card text: not transcribed. The body of this card is hidden under the overlapping Blighted Pillage card in the source image. Only the title, the tab number and the centre icon are visible.

Blighted Pillage (38)

  • Icon: flame, top-right (Attack Action, per the base rulebook's icon table)
  • Card text: not transcribed. The body of this card is hidden under the overlapping Warded Walls card in the source image. Only the title, the flame icon and the centre icon are visible.

Warded Walls (39)

  • Card text: Award Scyntilla [flower icon]. You may not follow this turn.
  • Lower row as printed:
    • One flower icon over 8 [star icon]
    • Two flower icons over 12 [star icon]
    • Three flower icons over 20 [star icon]

Icon Key

Icons above are described in brackets. The base rulebook defines the following, and this key does not add any meanings beyond those.

  • Flower (variable flower icon): the current strength level of a citizen stack, used in card text to indicate which level action to use (base rulebook, Core Concepts).
  • Citizen stack (person icon): one or more citizen cards placed on top of one another in a player's city (base rulebook, Core Concepts).
  • Flame: Attack Action (base rulebook, Action / Ability Types table).
  • Circular arrows: Ongoing Ability (base rulebook, Action / Ability Types table).
  • Star: no meaning is given for this icon in the base rulebook text or on the cards in the source image. It is reproduced as printed: the Pillager's text says "Lose 1 [star icon]", and the Warden and Scyntilla numbers appear beside it on the cards.
