How to Read These Cards
- Each monster is printed on a double-sided card. The front shows the Standard version and the back shows the Alternate version (printed as ALTERNA or ALTERNATE).
- Ranks, from weakest to strongest: Rookie (Esordiente), Fighter (Combattente), Veteran (Veterano), Champion (Campione).
- Immunities are printed as icons with no text. Each icon is described below by its colour and picture only.
- Health, Movement, Base Damage and Rune placement are printed as icons and are not transcribed here; read them from the card.
- The back of each Overlord Attack card is marked "Overlord: Attack card" (printed Signore supremo: CARTA D'ATTACCO).
Translation Key
Keywords and terms are translated to the names used in the base game's Conditions, Keywords, and Terms Dictionary. Where the base game has no matching term, the Italian is kept.

Demon Lord (Signore demone)
Subtitle: Scourge of the Underworld (Flagello del mondo sotterraneo). Type: Overlord (Signore supremo). The Demon Lord uses Overlord Attack cards in place of Commander Attack cards; the Overlord rules, including MAELSTROM, are in the base rulebook.
Front
- Immunities (three icons): green circle with a white beast's head; orange circle with a flame; pink circle with a figure holding a weapon.
- Abilities: MAELSTROM; JUMP; STRIKE 1, BURN X, and KNOCK DOWN.
Back
The back is artwork only, titled "Signor demone" (sic, as printed). It has no immunities and no ability text.
Overlord Attack Cards
The Demon Lord has ten Overlord Attack cards. Each card's name is followed by its text.
Fiery Switch (Interruttore infuocato)
SWAP the 2 weakest Heroes. If playing solo, skip the swap but treat the Hero as the target regardless. Both Heroes suffer BURN X. If there are 5 or more orange Runes on the Initiative Track, they also suffer KNOCK DOWN.
Boil the Blood (Bollire il sangue)
If a Hero has been added to the Overlord element, this Attack deals 2X DNN [sic, printed; read as DMG] to the strongest of those Heroes. Furthermore, if Heroes within Range 1 of the Overlord are affected by BLEED, transform all of these BLEED into BURN.
Noxious Blood (Sangue nocivo)
If a Hero has been added to the Overlord element, this Attack deals 2X DNN [sic, printed; read as DMG] to the strongest one of those Heroes. Again, if any Hero within Range 1 of the Overlord is affected by BLEED, transform all of these into POISON. (The words "INTO POISON" are printed in English on the card.)
Noxious Switch (Interruttore nocivo)
SWAP the 2 weakest Heroes; if playing solo, skip this swap but treat the Hero as the target regardless. Both Heroes suffer POISON X. If there are 5 or more green Runes on the Initiative Track, they also suffer KNOCK DOWN.
Freezing (Congelamento)
This Attack deals X damage and STUN to the most Corrupted Hero at any Range.
Arcane Theft (Furto arcano)
The Overlord DRAINS all SHIELD tokens from all Heroes within Range 1. The Overlord may keep any number of SHIELD tokens drained this way. Then this Attack deals X DNN [sic, printed; read as DMG] to the strongest Hero within Range 1 of the Overlord.
Double Split (Doppia scissione)
This Attack deals 2 damage and makes X flow toward the 2 strongest Heroes within Range 1 of the Overlord (literal translation of "far defluire X"; no base-game keyword found). If there are 5 or more red Runes on the Initiative Track, repeat this Attack once more.
Trample (Calpestio)
The Overlord jumps to the area of the strongest Hero. Push off any character who was within that area and crush any mobile object there, but do not apply any effects (such as traps) to the Overlord. Then each character pushed this way takes X DMG.
Hammer Throw (Lancio del martello)
This Attack deals 2X damage to the strongest Hero at any Range. If there are 4 or fewer grey Runes on the Initiative Track, this Attack also inflicts STUN as collateral damage.
Curse Drain (Drenaggio della maledizione)
The Overlord DRAINS all Curse Cubes from all Heroes within Range 1 of it. For each Curse Cube drained this way, discard that cube and the Overlord HEALS 2. If the Overlord HEALS 10 or more Health this turn, this Attack is also immediately activated once.
Death Messenger (Messaggero della morte)
Each rank has the same immunity icons on its front and back. Immunity icons are printed without text: (1) red circle with a figure wielding a sword; (2) grey circle with a white-outlined figure and a small mark beneath it.
Rookie (Esordiente)
- Standard (front): Immunities: icons (1) and (2). Abilities: CURSE 1 and SHADOW AURA (MALEDIZIONE 1 E AURA D'OMBRA).
- Alternate (back): Immunities: icons (1) and (2). Abilities: RICETTATORE; PENITENZA and SLOW (RICETTATORE; PENITENZA E LENTO).
Fighter (Combattente)
- Standard (front): Immunities: icons (1) and (2). Abilities: CURSE 1 and SHADOW AURA.
- Alternate (back): Immunities: icons (1) and (2). Abilities: RICETTATORE; PENITENZA and SLOW.
Veteran (Veterano)
- Standard (front): Immunities: icons (1) and (2). Abilities: CURSE 1 and SHADOW AURA.
- Alternate (back): Immunities: icons (1) and (2). Abilities: RICETTATORE; PENITENZA and SLOW.
Champion (Campione)

Scout of Darkness (Esploratore dell'Oscurità)
Each rank has the same immunity icon on its front and back: a blue circle with a white hand and radiating lines (printed without text).
Rookie (Esordiente)
- Standard (front): Immunities: blue icon. Abilities: ATTACK TWICE, DRAIN HEALTH 1 (ATTACCARE DUE VOLTE, PROSCIUGARE LA SALUTE 1).
- Alternate (back, titled "Esploratore"): Immunities: blue icon. Abilities: LEECH (SANGUISUGA); INTIMIDATE X and KNOCK DOWN.
Fighter (Combattente)

Printed Text Notes
- The Demon Lord back is titled "Signor demone" as printed.
- "DNN" appears in three Overlord Attack cards where damage is meant (Boil the Blood, Noxious Blood, Arcane Theft). It is kept as printed and marked [sic] above; the reading DMG is a translator's inference from the card's other "DMG" and "damage" wording.
- "INTO POISON" is printed in English on the Noxious Blood card.
- Several Overlord Attack lines have printed word-order or typographic oddities (for example "SALTA AL AREA", "DI IL SIGNORE SUPREMO"). They were translated as printed.
- The Scout of Darkness Alternate cards for Rookie and Fighter are titled "Esploratore" only, while the front cards carry the full title.
- Card-type footers on the Overlord Attack cards ("Attacco di Signore supremo" or "Attacco") are not transcribed.
- Immunity icons carry no printed name. They are described by colour and picture and have not been matched to named conditions.
