Components

The add-on's component sheet lists:

  • 1 sticker sheet
  • 1 large dark red piece (the Ignarll the Flame Antient token)
  • 5 medium white pieces (the hero tokens)
  • 8 Hero cards
  • 5 Ability cards
  • 6 Spell cards
  • 1 Antient card

The component sheet states: "Chicks in a Catacombs adds four new female heroes: Amazon (equivalent to the Barbarian), Fire Mage (equivalent to the Wizard), Forest Sprite (equivalent to the Elf), Huntress (equivalent to the Thief)."

Hero Cards

Each hero has a front card, showing the hero's name, title and artwork, with a footer reading "HERO | HELD". Each hero also has a rules card, with a header bar showing the hero's name, a red drop icon with a number at top right (the hero's drop number), a row of icons, and in some cases a Special Rules box. The rules card footer reads "RULES | REGELN".

The icons on the rules cards carry no names and are described as printed.

Estie, the Amazon

  • Front card: "Estie", title "Amazon".
  • Rules card: red drop icon 11. Top icon: a black fist. Starting item: River Torrent | Sturzbach x1. No Special Rules text is printed on the rules card.

Larra, the Huntress

  • Front card: "Larra", title "Huntress".
  • Rules card: red drop icon 10. Top icons: a white wolf companion token, followed by a ">" mark, a black disc with three white chevrons, a ">" mark, and a black fist.
  • Special Rules, as printed: "Treat the wolf companion as a shield. If the Huntress inflicts damage, then her wolf may perform: [icon] before being repositioned. Her wolf companion cannot be destroyed while the Huntress remains alive."
  • Footer icons: an axe, and a book-like icon crossed through by a red line (icons only).

Sequolia, the Forest Sprite

  • Front card: "Sequolia", title "Forest Sprite".
  • Rules card: red drop icon 7. Top icons: a black disc with three white chevrons, a ">" mark, and a black disc with a leaf-like shape (icons only). No Special Rules text is readable on the rules card.

Aprill, the Fire Mage

  • Front card: "Aprill", title "Fire Mage".
  • Rules card: red drop icon 10. Top icon: a black fist (icon only). The lower part of the rules card is covered by the spell cards in the photographs, so any further text on it is unreadable and not transcribed.

Ignarll the Flame Antient

  • Card header: "Ignarll the Flame Antient" (German: "Ignarll das Flammen-Antient"). Footer reading "ANTIENT".
  • Top icons: a black disc with three white chevrons, a ">" mark, a flame disc, a ">" mark, and a second flame disc (icons only). No rules text is printed on the card.

Ability Cards

The ability cards carry a header bar with the card name (English and German) and a footer reading "ABILITY | FÄHIGKEIT".

River Torrent | Sturzbach

  • Footer: ABILITY | FÄHIGKEIT.
  • Icons, as printed: a black disc with three white chevrons, a ">" mark, a second black disc with three white chevrons, a ">" mark, and a red disc with a red fist.
  • No other rules text is printed.

Heal All | Alle Heilen

  • Footer: ABILITY | FÄHIGKEIT.
  • The card carries an icon only: a cluster of plus symbols (icon only). No other rules text is printed.

Spell Cards

The spell cards carry a header bar with the card name (English and German) and a footer reading "SPELL | ZAUBER". In the photographs most spell cards lie in a fan and their bodies are covered by the cards on top of them, so body text is unreadable and not transcribed. Only the card names, as printed, are listed below.

  • Heal | Heilen (two copies seen; body text unreadable)
  • Cure Poison | Gift Heilen (two copies seen; body text unreadable)
  • Fire Blast | Feuerschlag (three copies seen; body text and footers unreadable)
  • Giant Fireball | Riesenfeuerball (body text unreadable)
  • Summon Flame Antient | Beschwöre Flammen-Antient (footer: SPELL | ZAUBER). The card body is an illustration of a scroll and a sketch with handwritten notes; no legible rules text is printed.

The photographs show more spell-style and ability-style cards than the component sheet's counts (5 Ability cards and 6 Spell cards). The stacked cards cannot all be read, so this transcription does not assign each stacked card to a count.
