Objective

To win, own the best reviewed campground among you and your competitors by having the most points at the end of the game.

In order to earn points, you'll need to strategically build your Guest Bag by constructing Amenities. You'll also need to expand your campground, finding the perfect balance between what sites you have available and what types of potential customers you have in your Guest Bag.

Working on certain Campground Projects will also help to maximize profits, but be sure to invest some of that cash back into your resort in order to keep up with the maintenance required to run such an establishment. At the end of the day, your goal is to deliver the ultimate camping experience to your guests!

Phases - Quick Reference

The game is played in 6 rounds (referred to as seasons). Each season has 6 phases, which are played by all players simultaneously. The phases are listed below.

  1. Winter Upkeep: Work on Campground Projects, pay for Maintenance, purchase Campsite Expansions/Improvements, and purchase/remove Amenities.
  2. Play 1 Amenity Card.
  3. Draw 1 New Season Card.
  4. Roll the Maintenance Die 2 times.
  5. Draw from your Guest Bag until you reach your campground capacity.
  6. Earn money, then gain points.

Phase 1 - Winter Upkeep

Players will start each season by evaluating their campground to see how they may best upgrade it before guests show up in the Spring. All players will simultaneously take the following actions, in any order, and however many times they'd like.

Purchase Campsite Expansions/Improvements

Site Expansions

You will gain points based on how many guests, and what type of guests camp in your campground, so it's important to strategically expand and improve your resort. During Phase 1, you may spend money (reducing your Money Dial) to purchase Campground Tiles to expand your campground. The amount you spend depends on what expansion you're purchasing.

The Campground Expansions area of your Campground Board shows four columns (Tent Sites, Normal Sites, Premium Sites, Cabins) of four spaces each. Costs, listed top to bottom on the board:

Tent SitesNormal SitesPremium SitesCabins
$40k$50k$70k$90k
$35k$45k$70k$90k
$30k$40k$50k$70k
$20k$30k$40k$50k

The lowest space of a column is the cheapest and is the first one you use. For example, the $20k space in the Tent Sites column indicates that you will spend $20k to purchase a Tent Campground Tile to add to your campground, thus adding 3 more tent sites to your resort.

Once purchased, take a Capacity Token (+1 capacity) from a tray and place it on the Expansion space that you purchased (on your Campground Board). You may then gain and place the Campground Tile anywhere within your campground, rearranging other Campground Tiles that were previously placed, if desired. (There's no gameplay purpose to the order of the tiles.)

You may only purchase Expansions not covered by a Capacity Token.

For example, if I purchase a Premium Site Expansion for $40k, I'll place a Capacity Token on that space. The next time I want to purchase an additional Premium Site Expansion, I will need to spend $50k for a Premium Campground Tile, etc.

You may purchase up to 4 Expansions of each site-type throughout the game, and there's no limit to how many you can purchase per season.

Site Improvements

Instead of expanding, you may decide that you'd like to exchange one of your Campground Tiles with a different Campground Tile (e.g. exchanging a Tent Campground Tile with a Premium Campground Tile), this is called improving a site.

The Campsite Improvements area of your Campground Board shows two rows of costs for each site-type column (Tent Sites, Normal Sites, Premium Sites, Cabins). Costs, listed top to bottom on the board:

Tent SitesNormal SitesPremium SitesCabins
$20k$25k$35k$45k
$15k$15k$20k$30k

The cost shown in a column is the cost to improve a site to that type of Campground Tile. Using the prior example, if I wanted to replace a Tent Campground Tile with a Premium Campground Tile, I could spend $20k to do so. Once purchased, place a Capacity Token from a tray on the purchased Improvement (on your Campground Board) and replace one of your Campground Tiles with the newly purchased tile. The replaced tile will go back to the supply.

As with the Expansions, you may only purchase Improvements not covered by a Capacity Token. There's a max of 2 times that you can improve to each site-type throughout the game, and there's no limit to how many you can purchase per season.

You can only improve a Campground Tile from prior seasons. You cannot purchase a new Campground Tile (Expansion), then improve it in the same phase. You would have to wait until the next season's Phase 1 to improve a Campground Tile that you purchase this season.

*You cannot improve a Campground Tile to the same type of Campground Tile. For example, you cannot improve a Tent Campground Tile to another Tent Campground Tile.

Campground Projects

One way to upgrade your campground is to work on Campground Projects. This will take place on your Project Board. During Phase 1, you can place Project Tokens you've gained on any of the projects on the board. Once you place enough Project Tokens on a desired project, you will have completed that project, unlocking the ability shown below the project for the rest of the game.

The number on a project indicates how many Project Tokens are required to complete that project, thus unlocking the project's ability.

Once you complete a project, take the Project Tokens from the completed project and place them back in a tray. Then take the token that corresponds to the completed project and place it in its spot on the Project Board. For example, once you place 4 Project Tokens onto the note above the "Hire Staff" project, remove all of the Project Tokens and place the completed "Hire Staff" Token (sticky note) in the square below, unlocking the ability.

You may place, pick up, and move a Project Token to a different project anytime during Phase 1, but once you move on to Phase 2, any Project Token placed cannot be moved for the rest of the game. Once you get back around to Phase 1 again, you can only place/manipulate new Project Tokens that you gained during the previous season, meaning you cannot move Project Tokens that you placed in any prior seasons.

Gaining Project Tokens

There are a few ways to gain Project Tokens. You will gain some by drawing them from your Guest Bag during Phase 5 of each season. You may also spend money to complete smaller projects (shown on the left of the Project Board) during Phase 1, to gain Project Tokens.

The Project Board has a row of smaller projects along its bottom edge, each with a Project Token and a cost printed below it (the cost to complete the smaller project). It also has a Reference Notes card: "During Phase 1: You may pay $10k to draw an Amenity Card. You may discard 2 Amenities from your hand for 1 Project Token. You may remove a previously built Amenity for $10k."

When you complete a smaller project, by spending the amount shown below each Project Token (reducing the amount on your Money Dial), you will pick up that token and place it anywhere, the same as you would any Project Token you gain.

Additionally, you may discard 2 Amenity cards from your hand to gain 1 Project Token during Phase 1. There's no limit to how many Project Tokens you can gain by discarding Amenities from your hand.

Amenities

Another way to upgrade your resort is to build Amenities for your guests. You start with 3 Amenities, and during Phase 1 of each season, you may purchase more for $10k each.

When you purchase one, you will draw the top Amenity card off of the Amenity deck and add it to your hand. There's no limit to how many Amenity cards you can hold in your hand.

During Phase 1, you may also remove Amenities in your campground that were played in prior seasons. To remove an Amenity, simply discard the desired Amenity and gain $10k. You cannot remove Amenities from your hand for $10k, you can only remove Amenities that are in play.

Maintenance

Your guests will expect your campground to be well maintained. During Phase 1, you may take the opportunity to pay for maintenance upkeep.

At the beginning of the game, all of your maintenance items are looking great, but as guests start to show up, you will need to manage it carefully.

We'll talk more in-depth about maintenance in Phase 4.

Phase 2 - Play An Amenity Card

Once all players have finished Phase 1, they will, all-together, move onto Phase 2. During Phase 2, all players may simultaneously play 1 Amenity Card from their hands. This card will stay in play (in front of each player) for the remainder of the game (as it's part of the campground), unless removed by the player who built the Amenity.

Requirements To Play An Amenity

All Amenities have a season requirement. This tells you the minimum number that the Acorn Token must be on in order to play the Amenity card. For example, the only season that the Swimming Pool card can't be played in, is season 1. (*Representing ownership experience)

Some Amenities have a campground project requirement, indicating which project needs to be completed on your Project Board before you can play that Amenity.

If an Amenity Card has both a season requirement and a project requirement, both must be fulfilled in order to play the Amenity.

Amenity Points: Indicates how many points this Amenity is worth. These points are scored at the end of the game.

Each Amenity card also shows the tokens you may remove from your Guest Bag when it is played (for example, "You may remove 2 tokens from your Guest Bag, except Maintenance Tokens").

If you're unable to play a card in Phase 2, you may add 1 of the following tokens to your Guest Bag: a Tent Token, Camper Token, Premium Camper Token, or Cabin Token.

Building Your Guest Bag

The upper right of an Amenity card indicates what you will add to your Guest Bag if you play this Amenity. For example, if you play the Swimming Pool card, you will immediately add 3 Premium Camper Tokens and 2 Maintenance Tokens to your Guest Bag. This happens only 1 time (when you play the card), and only affects you.

The bottom of the card indicates the ability you gain from playing this Amenity. Some cards provide a 1 time ability, which is triggered when the Amenity is played, and others will remain in effect for the rest of the game.

Amenity Ability Reference

+1 (or +2) Capacity: The player gains 1 (2) Capacity as long as they own (don't remove) the Amenity.

Camper / Premium Camper / Cabin - earn an additional $5k: The player gains $5k per guest-type stated on the card as long as they own (don't remove) the Amenity.

You may remove 2 tokens from your Guest Bag, except Maintenance Tokens: The player may remove any 2 tokens from their Guest Bag, except for Maintenance Tokens. They may do this by grabbing a handful of tokens out of their bag, removing the desired tokens, and placing the rest of the tokens back in the bag. This ability happens only 1 time, when the Amenity is played. The card will still sit in front of the player for the rest of the game, unless removed.

You may exchange an End Game Bonus Card: The player may exchange an End Game Bonus Card by drawing the top card of the End Game Bonus deck, then discarding any 1 bonus card they own (including the card they just drew). This ability happens only 1 time, when the Amenity is played. The card will still sit in front of the player for the rest of the game unless removed.

Earn $10k / $15k / $20k: The player gains the amount shown on the Amenity. This ability happens only 1 time, when the Amenity is played. The card will still sit in front of the player for the rest of the game unless removed.

Phase 3 - Draw A New Season Card

Once all players have finished Phase 2, they will, all-together, move onto Phase 3. For Phase 3, whoever is closest to the New Season deck will draw the top card, and place it face-up in the discard pile (so everyone can see it).

The card indicates what tokens all players will immediately add to their Guest Bag from a tray.

For example, when a card showing +2 Tent, +2 Camper, +1 Project, +1 Maintenance and an Animal icon is drawn, all players will add those tokens (the Animal icon indicates 2 Animal Tokens) to their Guest Bag.

Your Guest Bag is a pool of all the potential customers who could show up to your campground over the course of a season. You can control some of what goes into your bag by playing Amenity Cards, however, Phase 3 simulates the rogue element of real consumers, creating a more realistic management scenario.

A great owner will be able to optimize their build strategy at the beginning of each season based on who shows up in the prior season.

Phase 4 - Roll The Maintenance Dice

Once all players have finished adding tokens to their bag from Phase 3, they will, all-together, move onto Phase 4. During Phase 4, all players will simultaneously roll their Maintenance Die 2 times.

Each time you roll the Maintenance Die, you will move the Maintenance Tracker Token on your Campground Board 1 space to the right, according to icon indicated on the Maintenance die.

For example, if I rolled the restroom maintenance, I would take the Maintenance Tracker Token that's sitting on top of the corresponding icon (clean restroom) and move it 1 space to the right (showing the restrooms are less clean).

If a Maintenance Tracker Token reaches the right-most space, and you happen to roll that icon again, you will flip the Maintenance Tracker Token over, revealing the trash can that's on fire.

Once flipped, that Maintenance Tracker Token will remain flipped and on the right-most space for the remainder of the season. This is known as an unkempt maintenance.

Your guests won't be very happy with an unmaintained campground, thus, at the end of every season, you will earn -3 points per unkempt maintenance on your Campground Board.

*If you happen to roll the Maintenance Die and the corresponding Maintenance Tracker Token is already flipped, nothing happens since that maintenance item is already unkempt.

During Phase 1 of each season, the flipped Maintenance Trackers for all the unkempt maintenance items will flip back to the side with the wrench showing (staying on the right-most space).

As previously stated, during Phase 1, you may pay to maintain your campground, moving Maintenance Trackers to the left. The cost to maintain each item is shown at the top of each maintenance space.

For example, if the Maintenance Tracker is on the right-most space of the restroom maintenance, you may pay either $5k (reducing the amount on your Money Dial) to move it 1 space to the left, or $10k to move it to the left-most space.

Additionally, you may pay to upkeep any/all maintenance any time you roll the Maintenance Die.

However, once a Maintenance Tracker is flipped to show unkempt maintenance, you cannot pay to flip it back over, which will cost you 3 points at the end of the season, so be mindful when managing your maintenance items.

Maintenance Order

  • Roll the die
  • Move/flip the corresponding Maintenance Tracker
  • Pay to upkeep maintenance

A warning sign on a Maintenance space is simply a warning to let you know that the next time you roll this maintenance icon, the token will flip. *Last chance to maintain it.

Phase 5 - Draw From Your Guest Bag

Once all players have finished Phase 4, they will, all-together, move onto Phase 5. During Phase 5, all players will simultaneously draw from their own Guest Bag until they reach their campground capacity.

Capacity

Your capacity is the number of tokens you will take out of your Guest Bag that end up either on one of your Campground Tiles, or in the Overflow Parking & Lost Sales area on your Campground Board.

*There are tokens that you will likely pull out of your bag during Phase 5 that will not end up on a Campground Tile, or in your Overflow Parking & Lost Sales area (Project, Amenity, and Maintenance Tokens), thus, they will not count towards your capacity.

How To Gain Capacity

All players start with a capacity of 3, and can gain capacity in several different ways.

As previously stated, each time you build an Expansion, or Improvement, you'll place a Capacity Token on the corresponding space. You will add 1 to your total capacity for each Capacity Token showing on your Campground Board.

For example, on a Campground Board where I've built 2 Tent Site Expansions, 1 Premium Camper Site Expansion, and 1 Camper Site Improvement: if I start with a capacity of 3, I'll add the 4 Capacity Tokens showing to that, for a total capacity of 7.

  • Starting Capacity: 3
  • Capacity Tokens: 4
  • Total Capacity: 7

This means I can pull 7 tents/campers/premium campers/cabins out of my Guest Bag during Phase 5.

Another way to gain capacity is to purchase the Extra Capacity on the bottom left of the Campground Board.

During Phase 1, you may pay the amount shown in an Extra Capacity space (reducing the amount on your Money Dial), then place a Capacity Token on that space (adding 1 to your total capacity). The Extra Capacity spaces cost $20k, $20k, $30k and $40k.

You can do this up to 4 times throughout the game, and there's no limit to how many Extra Capacity spaces you can purchase per season.

Additionally, you can earn more capacity by purchasing the smaller projects on the bottom of the Campground Projects Board.

During Phase 1, you may pay the amount shown below the project you'd like to purchase (e.g. $20k for New Fire Rings), then take the Project Token off of that space, revealing a Capacity icon. You will add this additional capacity to your total capacity for the rest of the game. As stated before, you will use the Project Token the same as any other Project Token you'd gain.

If you're looking for even more capacity, you may want to complete the RV Delivery & Setup Service project on your Project Board ("Your capacity is increased by 3."). This will increase your total capacity by 3 for the rest of the game.

If you complete the "Reliable Wifi" Project, you may re-roll your Maintenance Die once per season.

Additionally, if you complete the "Online Marketing" Project, you may choose an opponent and immediately remove 2 random tokens from their Guest Bag. You may either add one or both tokens to your Guest Bag, and/or discard one or both. If one or both of them are Maintenance Tokens, return them and redraw.

One more way to increase your capacity is to check out the Amenity Cards in your hand. Some Amenity Cards increase your capacity by 1 or 2 when built.

Once you count your total capacity for the season, put that number into your Capacity Dial. This is simply a way to keep track of your capacity, so as you pull from your bag, you don't have to remember what number you're pulling to.

*If your total campground capacity is above 18, you will use the smaller numbers on the Capacity Dial.

Campground Tiles

There are 4 different types of Campground Tiles: Tent Tiles, Camper Tiles, Premium Camper Tiles, and Cabin Tiles. Each one has 3 sites where you can place tokens pulled from your Guest Bag during Phase 5. You can place certain tokens in certain sites, according to the reference on each tile:

  • Tent Tile: Tent Tokens
  • Camper Tile: Camper Tokens, Tent Tokens
  • Premium Camper Tile: Premium Camper Tokens, Camper Tokens, Tent Tokens
  • Cabin Tile: Cabin Tokens

As you can see, some tiles can house multiple types of tokens. For example, you can place a Premium Camper Token, Camper Token, and a Tent Token on a Premium Camper Tile. There are times, however, that it may be more beneficial to place certain tokens on certain sites, which we will talk about more in Phase 6.

Drawing From The Guest Bag

As stated before, you'll pull tokens out of your Guest Bag until you reach your total capacity. You gain 1 point for each campsite that's filled, so you'll want to strategically fill as many as you can during Phase 5.

If you pull a Project Token out of your bag, you will simply set it off to the side until Phase 1 of the following season, when you may place it on your Project Board.

*Remember, this doesn't count towards your capacity since it's off to the side instead of either on a Campground Tile or in the Overflow Parking & Lost Sales.

If you pull an Amenity Token from your bag, you'll also set this off to the side. You will exchange all Amenity Tokens you pulled for Amenity Cards during Phase 1 of the following season: draw 1 Amenity for each Amenity Token you pulled, then place the Amenity Tokens back in a tray.

If you pull a Maintenance Token out of your bag, you will place it off to the side and immediately roll the Maintenance Die, following the same rules as discussed in Phase 4 about how maintenance works.

If you pull a token that you cannot put onto a Campground Tile, either because there are no more sites available (overflow parking), or you don't have the correct Campground Tile for that token (lost sale), you must place it into the Overflow Parking & Lost Sales.

If you pull an Animal Token from your Guest Bag, you may choose to place it on any one of your Campground Tiles that has one or fewer Guest Tokens on it. This will not count towards your capacity. If you put an Animal Token on a Campground Tile that currently has no Guest Tokens on it, you may only place up to 1 Guest Token on that Tile for the rest of the season. You may also choose to discard any Animal Tokens you pull from your Guest Bag, instead of placing them on a Campground Tile. Each Animal Token placed will give you 3 points at the end of the season.

Phase 5 Is Over When

Once you have the same number of tokens on your Campground Tiles/Overflow Parking & Lost Sales as shown on your Capacity Dial, you'll stop pulling from your Guest Bag and wait for all other players to reach their capacity. (For example: Total Capacity 6; tokens placed on a Campground Tile, or in the Overflow Parking & Lost Sales: 6. Project, Amenity, Maintenance and Animal Tokens set aside don't count towards capacity.)

You cannot stop pulling tokens from your bag until you either reach your capacity, or there are no more tokens left in your Guest Bag.

*The only exception to this rule is if you fill all sites on all of your Campground Tiles, then you may choose to stop pulling tokens from your bag.

Phase 6 - Earn Money Then Gain Points

Once all players have finished Phase 5, they will, all-together, move onto Phase 6.

Earn Money

During Phase 6, all players will simultaneously calculate how much money they've earned from Phase 5, then increase their Money Dials by the earned amount.

Players will earn money from each tent/camper/cabin on their Campground Tiles, as long as the color of the token matches the site that it's on (or matches the top icon of the Campground Tile).

For example, you can technically place a Tent Token on a Normal Camper Site (which will gain you 1 point), however, since the color of the Tent Token (green) doesn't match the color of the Normal Camper Site, you won't earn money from that Tent Token this season. (A correctly matched token earns money, e.g. +$10k earned and +1 point; a mismatched token earns +$0 and +1 point.) Players will earn money per token (in the "correct" site) as shown on the Front Office Board:

Earn Money
Tent Token$5k
Camper Token$10k
Premium Camper Token$15k
Cabin Token$15k

Gain Points

After all players have finished increasing their Money Dials, they will gain points for the season. Players will gain points 1 item at a time, following the order written on the "Gain Points" sign on the Front Office Board:

Gain Points
1 pointper campsite filled
1 pointper Cabin (Token)
2 pointsper tile filled correctly
2 pointswhoever has the most Premium Campers (see below)
3 pointsper Animal
3 pointsfor 4 tidy Maintenance
-3 pointsper unkempt Maintenance
Fundraising$5k per space behind the leader

When gaining points, players will take one of their Stars and move it along the "Campground Rating" track, leaving the other Star on the cloud.

*Once a player reaches 50 points, place their second star on the leaf with a 50, then to 100 once they reach 100 points, etc.

(1 point) Per Campsite Filled

Players start off by gaining 1 point per site filled, meaning 1 point for every site on your Campground Tiles that has a token on it (even if the token color doesn't match the site color; e.g. a Tent Token in a Premium Camper Site). Tokens placed in the Overflow Parking & Lost Sales area do not gain any points.

(1 point) Per Cabin

Once all players have gained points for the number of sites they filled, any players who placed Cabin Tokens this season gain 1 point per Cabin Token they placed in a site. This is in addition to the points the Cabin Tokens earn just by filling a site (basically, each Cabin Token will count as 2 points total).

(2 points) Per Tile Filled Correctly

Then, all players will gain 2 points per tile filled correctly. A Campground Tile is "filled correctly" when all 3 sites on the tile are filled with a token that matches the color (top icon on the tile) of the site.

For example, you can place a Tent Token, Camper Token, and Premium Camper Token in a Premium Camper site. However, if you place 2 Premium Camper Tokens and 1 Tent Token on a Premium Campground Tile, the tile is not "filled correctly" because it doesn't have 3 Premium Camper Tokens on it (even though all the sites are filled).

When placing Tent / Camper / Premium Camper / Cabin Tokens, you do not have to place them on a Campground Tile just because there is room for them, and may instead place them in the Overflow Parking & Lost Sales area for 0 points. This will sometimes leave you with a decision on whether you want to fill a site for the point, or risk leaving it open in hopes to fill it with the "correct" token type, possibly gaining extra points for filling a tile "correctly".

*You cannot move a placed token after you've pulled your next token out of your Guest Bag.

The best campground owners can strike the perfect balance between expanding their campground and increasing their campground's total capacity, keeping in mind what's in their Guest Bag.

(2 points) Whoever Has The Most Premium Campers

Next, the player who placed the most Premium Camper Tokens on their Campground Tiles earns 2 points.

(3 points) Per Animal Token Placed On A Campground Tile

(3 points) For 4 Tidy Maintenance

Guests love well-maintained campgrounds, so any player who has at least 4 Maintenance Tracker Tokens on the left-most space (referred to as "tidy Maintenance") at the end of the season will gain 3 points.

(-3 points) Per Unkempt Maintenance

Then, players will lose 3 points per unkempt maintenance (per flipped Maintenance Tracker Token).

Catch-Up Mechanic: Fundraising

After all points have been gained, players behind the leader will gain $5k per space they are behind. For example, if I'm 3 spaces behind the leader (including the space I'm currently on), I will increase my Money Dial by $15k.

Next Season

At the end of Phase 6, move the Acorn Token to the next season, and start again on Phase 1.

Players will place all Tent, Camper, Premium Camper, Cabin and Maintenance Tokens back in their Guest Bag. Then, draw 1 Amenity Card for each Amenity Token pulled, placing the Amenity Tokens back in a tray. Players will place Project Tokens they pulled on their Project Board, to work toward completing a project. Any Animal Tokens pulled will be discarded whether they were placed on a site or not.

Game End

  1. (1 point) Per Project Token and Amenity Token: At the end of Phase 6, Season 6, players will earn 1 point per Project Token and Amenity Token they pulled during their final season.
  2. (1 point) Per $50k: Then, players will earn 1 point per $50k shown on their Money Dial. For example, if my Money Dial shows $285k at the end of the game, I'll gain 5 points.
    • *Players cannot discard amenities at the end of the game for $10k each because that action is only available in Phase 1 of each season.
    • *Fundraising does still happen at the end of Phase 6.
  3. Stars From Amenity Cards: Next, players will gain points according to the number of stars showing on all of their Amenity Cards.
  4. End Game Bonus Cards: Lastly, one at a time, players will reveal their End Game Bonus Cards, gaining points according to their bonuses.

After all points have been gained, the player with the most points owns the most prestigious campground, and wins the game!

For fun, players may take a look at the "Online Rating" system at the bottom of the Front Office Board to see how many stars their campground has online, according to how many points they ended the game with. For example, if I ended the game with 116 points, I'd have a "4 star campground".

Campground Project Reference

Mobile App

Upon completion, players will draw 2 End Game Bonus Cards from the deck and choose one of those 2 to discard, keeping the other. This happens only 1 time.

RV Delivery & Setup Service

Upon completion, the player's capacity is immediately increased by 3 for the rest of the game.

Hire Staff

Upon completion, players may ignore 1 Maintenance roll each season for the rest of the game. This can be during Phase 4 or 5 of each season, but cannot ignore 1 roll per phase, only 1 roll per season. Players may roll the die first, see the result of the roll, then decide whether they'd like to ignore the roll or not.

Improved Picnic Areas

Upon completion, all Tent Tokens placed on a Tent Campground Tile will gain players $10k each instead of $5k during Phase 6 of each season. This ability remains in effect for the rest of the game.

Water Infrastructure

Upon completion, players may place Cabin Tokens on Premium Campground Tile sites for the rest of the game. They will earn money and points as if they had placed the Cabin Token on a Cabin Campground Tile. The only exception to this, is that the owner will not gain 2 points for filling the tile "correctly" if the Premium Campground Tile has any Cabin Token placed on it (even if the Premium Campground Tile has all 3 sites filled with Cabin Tokens).

Pet Friendly Policy

Upon completion, players may return any 1 token they pull during Phase 5 to their Guest Bag (including Maintenance Tokens). They will return the token to the bag, give it a little shake, then continue to draw from the bag. This ability remains in effect for the rest of the game.

Solar Energy Storage

Upon completion, players may purchase Expansions for $10k less and Improvements for $5k less than the listed price during Phase 1 of each season. This ability remains in effect for the rest of the game.
