Components
The box contains: a game board, 56 cards, a bell and the rulebook.
- Players: 2–4
- Age: 6+
- Playing time: 10–20 minutes
Goal of the Game
Collect your stacks so that each one contains 4 identical cards.
Setup
- Lay the board out on a flat surface.
- Place the bell in the cut-out in the middle of the board.
- Deal the cards to the players, dividing them into face-down stacks. Each stack must contain 4 cards.
- 2 players: each player receives 6 stacks.
- 3 players: each player receives 4 stacks.
- 4 players: each player receives 3 stacks.
- Place the remaining 4 cards face up on the board so that all players can reach them.
Gameplay
The youngest player rings the bell and starts the game. Everyone plays at the same time. Each player may take any one of their stacks into hand and exchange one card from it for any card on the board. You must do this quickly, because other players may also be hunting for the same cards.
- You may take any of your stacks into your hand at any time.
- You may hold only one of your stacks in your hand at a time.
- You may not exchange cards between stacks, neither between your own stacks nor between your stacks and an opponent's.
- When you complete your first stack, ring the bell once.
- Each time you complete a further stack, ring the bell one more time than you rang it for the previous stack.
- The first player to complete all of their stacks and ring the bell calls out "Boom Boom!". This ends the round, and that player receives one point.
End of the Game
Before you start, decide how long you want to play.
- In the first variant, the game ends as soon as one player is the first to score 5 points.
- The second variant is a round limit. We suggest playing 10 rounds. After all rounds have been played, count up your points. The player with the most points wins.
- The winner is the player with the most points and receives the card with the gold medal. The other players receive award cards according to the places they took.
- In case of a tie, play one additional round.
