Components

  • 44 glow-in-the-dark cards, consisting of:
    • 30 "skeleton" cards (marked with green dots)
    • 12 "broken skeleton" cards (marked with red dots)
    • 2 "joker" cards

Players and Age

  • Ages 6 and up.
  • 2 or more players.

Goal

Be the first to collect either two unbroken skeletons or one broken skeleton.

A complete skeleton is made of 6 parts: 2 legs, 2 arms, a skull and a ribcage.

Setup

  • Deal 6 cards to each player.
  • Place the remaining cards face down in the centre of the table to form the draw pile.

Turns

  • Players take turns in clockwise order.
  • The first turn is taken by the youngest player.
  • On your turn, choose any other player and ask them for a part of the skeleton that you need to complete a full skeleton.
  • If that player has the requested part (a card with green dots or with red dots), they must give it to you in response to the request.
    • If the card you receive is unbroken, you may then ask the same player or any other player for one more card.
    • If the card you receive is broken, you may not ask for anything more, and your turn passes to the next player.
  • If the player you asked does not have the part you need, you draw a card from the draw pile.
    • If the card you draw is the one you need, you may take one more turn.
    • If it is not, your turn passes to the next player.

Joker

  • A joker card can replace any part of a skeleton, whether the missing part is broken or unbroken.
  • Players may not ask each other for joker cards.

Completing a Skeleton

  • As soon as you have a complete skeleton, place it face up on the table in front of you.

End of the Game

  • The game ends when one player has two unbroken skeletons face up in front of them, or one broken skeleton face up in front of them.
  • That player wins.

Note: Glow-in-the-Dark Play

  • The cards glow in the dark. To play with them in the dark, first place them in a lit area and leave them there for a few minutes to charge.
  • In the dark, the broken parts can be recognised by the dotted line around them.
  • To find the draw pile easily in the dark, it is convenient to use a large card with a glowing border.
    • Place this large card in the centre of the table.
    • Put the draw pile (face down) on top of it.

Icon Key

The insert shows two skull icons with labels at the foot of page 2:

  • Solid-outline skull, labelled "not broken" (unbroken).
  • Dotted-outline skull, labelled "broken".

Illustrations

The insert shows four example card faces at the top of page 2, two of them labelled "2 pcs" beneath them (the first two cards shown). The labels are printed as shown and no further counts are inferred from the illustration.
