Mage card
The card's name is Shroudtech. The printed stat icons read, from top to bottom on the card's right side:

The card also has a circular [trophy icon] in its lower right and two outlined boxes with a star motif in its lower left.

Personal Spell: Contagium
The three Personal Spell cards in the magazine's overview are printed with the name "Contagium". Each card's text is printed twice, in two orientations: an upright band and an inverted band. The card's name is printed upright at the top and again inverted at the bottom.
