English translation:

Right panel (icons, no text other than the beer names):

"Zahle ... um ... zu bauen" means "pay ... to build ...". The green card icon with the number 3 is printed in the cost line; the building outline icon is shown as an empty outline in the cost line, so the card does not name the building it allows you to build there. The English translation keeps both icons as printed.
The name of the building is "Freitrunk", printed on the card in the grey label under the building illustration.
The right panel lists two beer types, "Pils" (hop icon) and "Weizen" (wheat icon), a barrel icon with "-2", a colon, a 5-point star, and a green card icon with "1". The card does not print an English reading of this panel, and the transcriber has not added one. The panel is transcribed as shown. The meaning of the barrel "-2", the star and the card icons was not confirmed against the base rulebook, which was not part of this source.
