How to Play
To add the Rat Queen and her minions to your Ascension experience, shuffle both copies of the Rat Queen into the Center Deck. Leave the Giant Rats off to the side – they only come out when the Rat Queen summons them!
When the Rat Queen flips from the center deck, take all of the other cards in the center row, shuffle them face down, and then put them back with Giant Rats on top of them. You won't know what they are until you kill the Rats concealing them! Defeating the Rat Queen herself sends her minions scurrying for the sewers and lets you defeat them all at once.
