Mechana Hero

Cost: 4 runes (the number shown in the top-right triangle on the card)

Victory points: 2 (the number shown in the bottom-left star on the card)

Card text (as printed on the card):

• Gain 2 Rune.
• When you play a Mechana Construct, you may return this from your discard pile to your hand. (Cards played during your turn do not go to your discard pile until the end of the turn.)

Notes on the Card

• The card's text is the only rules text printed on it. This document reproduces that text and does not add rules beyond it.
• The card is a Mechana Hero. Its first ability is a single gain of 2 Rune, shown on the card by the rune icon.
• The second ability is triggered by playing a Mechana Construct. When triggered, the player may return this card from their discard pile to their hand. The parenthetical reminder printed on the card states that cards played during your turn do not go to the discard pile until the end of the turn; it is reproduced as printed.
• The terms "Rune", "play", "discard pile" and "hand" are used as defined in the Ascension: Deckbuilding Game base rules; this file does not restate them.
• The card carries a small "P" promo mark in the bottom-right corner. No rules meaning is given to it.
• The flavour line printed near the bottom of the card and the copyright line along the bottom edge are not rules and are not transcribed.
