How is the Leaders & Lore draft ordered, and which starting systems does each player get?
The rulebook states this directly.

The draft runs in reverse turn order: the player to the right of the initiative player picks first and it goes counterclockwise, one card at a time, until each player has 1 leader and 1 lore. It is a straight draft, not a snake. Starting systems still follow turn order: initiative player uses 1A-1C, the next player 2A-2C, and so on.
