Can I use the Prelude action of a Guild card I stole this turn?
The rulebook states this directly.

Yes. The restriction applies only to cards secured from the Court in the same Prelude, so a card taken by raiding or by an effect such as Silver Tongues can be used that turn. A card you secure via Secure from the Court can't.
